• Items must be unused, untampered, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.

• Refunds/returns are accepted only for:

  • Wrong or defective items

  • Damaged products during shipping

  • Unopened packaging

Returns & Inspections:

• Approved returns will be refunded (minus delivery fees) within 48 hours.

• If not approved, items will be returned to you with a two-way delivery fee.

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

• In case of defects and if the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued; otherwise, a replacement will be sent.

• Refunds may also be issued as store credits (valid for 1 year).

Exchanges:

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days.

• Eligible items will be exchanged with a two-way delivery fee.

• No reimbursement for items exchanged with lower-value products.
