DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

**Location: All Emirates UAE**

  – Next-day delivery

Order cut-off time: Before 12pm (Afternoon, delivery should be the next day)

Delivery fee:  AED30 on small items

For large items, delivery charges are applicable as per the market price.

Location: Other GCC Countries

Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman

Delivery timelines: 3-5 business days (small items)

For large items: 7–15 business days

“Sino Tobacco Trading LLC ensures transparency in our shipping methods and policies for products and multiple shipments. We ship items via reliable courier services, offering delivery both locally and internationally, with estimated timeframes clearly stated on our website. Any applicable delivery charges are disclosed upfront. For multiple bookings or orders, customers may notice multiple postings on their card statement, with detailed shipping processes and associated charges explicitly outlined. Alternatively, in cases where multiple bookings or orders are not accepted, this is clearly communicated to our customers.”

Delivery within the UAE:

• All orders received after the 4 p.m. cut-off time will be processed the following day and delivered the day after.
• Our delivery partners do not operate on Sundays. All next-day delivery orders placed on Saturday before the 4 p.m. cut-off time and all same-day delivery orders placed on Sunday before the 12 p.m. cut-off time will be delivered on Monday. 
• Public Holidays: All orders received on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
• Cash on delivery orders: We will contact you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be canceled within 24 hours.
• Shipment tracking: You will receive an email once your order is shipped and is out for delivery.
• Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the shipment three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your mobile number and to leave us any special requests in the comments section while placing your order.
• ID required on delivery: We, or our delivery partners, may, at our sole discretion, require you to present your Emirates ID on delivery for verification purposes. 

Shipping to GCC countries:

• The standard processing and shipping time for international orders is 1-2 business days.
• Payments: We only accept prepaid shipping to the GCC. Cash-on-delivery payment is not available. 
• VAT and Customs Duties: VAT and Customs Duties are to be borne by the customer, according to their local tax rate and tariffs. They are to be paid to the shipping provider.
• Public Holidays: All orders received during UAE public holidays will be processed the following business day.
• Shipment tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
• Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the shipment three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your mobile number and to leave us any special requests in the comments section while placing your order.
• ID required on delivery: We, or our delivery partners, may, at our sole discretion, require you to present a valid ID on delivery for verification purposes.
