REFUNDS

We have a 7-day refund policy.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us on info@hemingwaystore.com within 7 days from receiving your order, to process your refund. 

Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped to you; brand new, in no way damaged, altered or repaired, without signs of use or wear, and complete with everything they were shipped with. 

Sino Tobacco Trading LLC prioritizes clarity for cardholders by detailing our return, refund, and cancellation policies on our website. Customers have the right to return products for reasons such as receiving the wrong item, defects, shipping damage, or tampering. We ensure a straightforward process outlining rights and responsibilities, aiming for a seamless experience in handling returns and refunds.

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable

RETURNS

Following inspection, if the items are approved for return, we will process your refund minus a return delivery fee , within 48 hours. 

If the items are not approved for return, a refund will not be processed and your items will be sent back to you with a return delivery fee (two-way delivery).

In the event your items have a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will refund you in full, if the same items are not in stock. If available, we will replace them for you, free of charge. 

Refunds will be credited to you in the form of store credits, Store credits have a validity of 1 year. Please note that refunds could take 7-10 business days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

EXCHANGES 

If you received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please follow our return policy and make sure to request an exchange within 7 days from the order date.

  1. If the items received comply with our return policy, we will process your exchange with a delivery fee (two-way delivery).
  2. If the items do not comply with our return policy, you will not be eligible for an exchange and they will be returned to you with a delivery fee (two-way delivery).

We do not offer reimbursements for items exchanged with others of lower value.
